Pauline Luna

Owner/Agent

“I help individuals and families with a debt elimination plan and provide risk protection solutions to manage life’s risks while creating peace of mind.”

Pauline is a mother of 2, wife of a Marine Veteran, and a former US Navy Veteran who started her insurance journey in 2012 as a captive agent for one company offering supplemental employee benefits for businesses and their employees. Her knowledge and service of the healthcare market has expanded her into offering more options including information on Individual & Family Health plans for those who do not have employer coverage, as well as helping the senior market navigate Medicare and retirement. She has over 10 years of experience in the field educating her clients on the importance of protecting your family from financial loss, helping clients understand their plan details and benefits, and maintaining client relationships. Her active lifestyle as a mom, outdoor enthusiast, and military spouse was what inspired her to pursue a flexible career as an advisor to maintain a healthy work-life balance during her family’s multiple relocations. Pauline is now an independent broker with the ability to offer more options for her clients based on their needs. Permanently residing in Texas since 2020, she serves all of North East Texas (DFW & East Texas) and licensed in others states including South Carolina and Washington state. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from City University of Seattle.

Pauline believes there isn’t a one size fits all approach, she focuses on educating her clients first, making it easier for her clients to understand the protection they have and ultimately feel confident in their decision when it comes to their own healthcare and financial needs. She enjoys getting to know the people around her community and is passionate about serving others.
